Have been using excel music for my daughters guitar lessons. Ben and Gladys offer amazing customer service, very accommodating, Reasonable prices and great teachers. I Would recommend to anyone new to music.

This music store has a great selection of pianos, guitars, and musical accessories. I purchased a new height adjustable piano bench - the price was fair and the staff helped explain all the features before leaving the store. Great products, reasonable prices, and friendly staff - what more can you ask for?

We purchased a used Yamaha C1 baby grand from Excel. The service from Gladys was excellent and the pricing was reasonable for the quality of the piano. The piano is perfect for our family and we are enjoying it everyday. We highly recommend Excel.

I was struggling to find a proper acoustic piano for a couple of weeks until I found this store. Gladys and Benjamin are both very knowledgeable and most importantly very passionate about their products! They were very accommodating, offered reasonable prices and great customer service. Their pianos are well stocked and in great condition. Would recommend anyone looking for an instrument to check this place out.

We are very happy with the customer service we received at Excel music. Gladys was very good at answering all of our questions. We felt comfortable and welcomed in the store as my son tried out different pianos. The store is very clean and safe and they practice safe covid protocols. My son loves his new piano and the quality is amazing. The pianos in this store are picked specifically by Gladys and she really takes great care of them. Thank you.

Thankyou so much Excel Music Group. You were fantastic. I was looking for a specific guitar and spoke with Gladys, who held the guitar for me while I drove the hour to get there. When I got there, Benjamin had set up the guitar and did several things to it to make sure it was ready to use. I cannot thank you enough for the service you provided me. I recently got a guitar from Excel music store. Even though I was a beginner and had little knowledge regarding guitars, the staff (Benjamin) was very kind and helpful. He walked me through and taught me the various features of the instrument and helped me gain a overall better understanding of guitars! The price was also great and the quality of the guitar was amazing! 10/10 would recommend this store.
